Chris Pratt and his wife, Katherine Schwarzenegger, have welcomed their third child together, a baby boy named Ford Fitzgerald Schwarzenegger Pratt. The couple shared the happy news in a joint Instagram post on Monday, announcing that Ford was born on November 8. They expressed their joy, saying, “Mama and baby are doing well, and Ford’s siblings are thrilled by his arrival. We feel so blessed and grateful.”

Chris and Katherine, who married in 2019, are already parents to daughters Lyla (4) and Eloise (2). Chris also has a 12-year-old son, Jack, from his previous marriage to Anna Faris.

The couple had previously opened up about their growing family during an appearance on TODAY in October. Katherine, who occasionally serves as a guest correspondent, spoke with Chris while he was in New York promoting his film The Electric State. At the time, Katherine joked, “I just hope to not go into labor before you get home.” Chris, who hadn’t yet revealed the baby’s sex, added, “I have a feeling… but I won’t say it now in case I’m wrong.”

Katherine, the daughter of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver, has always expressed a love for big families, sharing that she enjoys having many kids around. In a past interview, she mentioned how her mother has been a great role model, helping her balance her career and family life. “Family time is the most important time,” she said.

Looking ahead, Chris is busy with upcoming projects, including the sci-fi action film The Electric State, set to release in March 2025. He also has a new season of The Terminal List and the thriller Mercy in the works.
